2026 Graduate Software Engineer - Neuro Engine Modelling
Graphcore is seeking a Graduate Software Engineer to join their Modelling team, focusing on the design and implementation of software for upcoming AI hardware. This role involves collaborating closely with framework engineers to develop cutting-edge AI solutions and integrating modelling and profiling capabilities into the machine learning stack.
Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, testing, and documenting future hardware using C, C++, and Python programming languages. The role also involves participating in agile development within a scrum team to deliver software efficiently, engaging in technical discussions with peers and stakeholders, and working closely with framework teams during key product development phases to ensure timely delivery.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. Proficiency in C++ and a solid understanding of lower-level software stacks and their interactions with hardware are essential. Effective problem-solving skills, familiarity with debugging and performance analysis tools, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required. Previous experience in hardware simulation or modelling is desirable.
