2026 Summer Intern (HR)

Structuretx is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Human Resources team as a 2026 Summer Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a fast-paced and innovative company dedicated to structural engineering solutions.

As an HR Intern, you will assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will also support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, maintain HR records, and participate in organizing company events and training sessions.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Previous experience in an HR setting or related coursework is preferred but not required.

This is a paid internship position. Interns will have access to company facilities and resources, and may participate in professional development workshops and networking events.
