Account Associate - Retail

Wolt is seeking an Account Associate to join our Retail team in Stockholm, Sweden. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support and develop our retail partners, helping them succeed on our platform. As an Account Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to shaping the future of shopping through technology and innovation.

In this position, you'll build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of small and medium-sized retail partners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting partners in growing their business on Wolt by understanding their needs and suggesting improvements. You'll conduct regular check-ins to review performance, introduce features like campaigns and promotions, and collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Support to address partner needs and enhance performance.

The ideal candidate is early in their career, with a strong interest in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential, along with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships. You should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive, team-first attitude and a willingness to learn, especially in data analysis and performance improvement, are highly valued. Experience in retail or FMCG is a plus but not required.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
