As an Account & Client Service Consultant Media, you will serve as a strategic partner, engaging closely with one of Germany's largest insurance companies. You will be a vital member of our client team, contributing significantly to the success of this account. This role offers the opportunity to take on responsibility and elevate our client relationships to the next level.
Your primary responsibilities include overseeing cross-channel brand activities, developing appropriate strategies, and ensuring consistent implementation from briefing to reporting, all based on our proven frameworks. You will coordinate collaboration with campaign managers on both the client and creative agency sides, ensuring smooth project execution and proactively informing all stakeholders about progress. Additionally, you will monitor the market to identify innovations and new opportunities, establish long-term partnerships, and implement potential collaborations. Our proprietary AI suite will serve as a powerful tool, enabling you to achieve quick and efficient results while keeping your creativity and strategic thinking at the forefront. Furthermore, you will work with your leadership to mentor junior consultants, supporting them in structuring their tasks.
The ideal candidate brings at least 3-4 years of experience in cross-channel media consulting, is proficient in common planning tools, and can independently develop campaign strategies. Practical experience in planning and executing digital campaigns is a significant advantage. Strong communication skills are essential; you should be articulate, thrive in direct client interactions, and feel comfortable "on stage." Organizational talent and problem-solving abilities are crucial, as you will build relationships for efficient communication and proactively find solutions to complex challenges. Good English skills and a strong interest in the insurance industry complete your profile. Above all, you should have a passion for media, communication, and marketing, be motivated to continuously develop, learn new things, and stay current.
