Wolt is seeking an Account Development Manager for Ads & Promotions to drive growth and revenue across its merchant network in Vienna, Austria. This strategic role involves developing and implementing local advertising and promotion strategies that align with both merchant and company objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen Wolt's market presence and support merchant growth.

Key responsibilities include developing, scaling, and executing the local Ads & Promos strategy across restaurant and retail partners, with ownership of budgets and prioritization. The role involves identifying growth opportunities and translating them into actionable commercial plans, leading strategic B2B conversations, business reviews, and negotiations as the Ads & Promos expert. Additionally, the manager will coach and motivate a team of high-performing account managers to execute impactful advertising and promotional campaigns, ensuring budget discipline and strong performance.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in German and English, with over two years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing within a high-growth, data-driven B2B environment. A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex negotiations is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills, an analytical mindset for data-driven campaign optimizations, and proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and sales reporting tools such as Looker are required. Experience in retail media or advertising, particularly in performance or paid media marketing, and prior enterprise client work are considered advantageous.

Wolt offers an attractive salary starting at €54,875.38 per annum for a 40-hour workweek, with adjustments based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
