Account Executive

The Account Executive at Atlas HXM is responsible for driving new business growth by independently sourcing, managing, and closing high-value strategic opportunities in the Employer of Record (EOR) space. This role focuses on expanding the company's market presence and delivering tailored solutions to clients seeking global employment services. Atlas HXM is a leading EOR provider, offering comprehensive HR and compliance infrastructure to facilitate international expansion for businesses.

Key responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing high-potential accounts, aligning sales strategies with company growth objectives, and managing the entire sales process from qualification to closure. The Account Executive will engage with C-suite, HR, Legal, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders, building trust and articulating the value proposition of Atlas HXM's services. Additionally, the role involves monitoring pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and activity levels to optimize performance and achieve individual revenue targets.

The ideal candidate possesses 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or workforce solutions sales, with at least 2–3+ years in EOR global employment or HR compliance. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in high-performance sales environments is essential. Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement tools is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and lead consultative discussions, are crucial for success in this role.
