As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to source, qualify, and close new restaurant partners, contributing to the achievement of monthly sales quotas. You will maintain a consistent level of activity to keep a full pipeline, including reviewing old leads and lost opportunities for potential re-engagement. Acting as a trusted partner and subject matter expert, you will work closely with the Onboarding Team to ensure smooth launches for new restaurant partners and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and demand generation to continuously refine acquisition strategies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential partners will be crucial to secure future leads and referrals. Accurate tracking and updating of deals and communications in Salesforce in real time will be essential.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a quota-exceeding sales role, preferably in Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS sectors. A "hunter" mentality with solid sales and business acumen is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to build relationships quickly, are required. An extensive customer network and experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are also important. Preferred qualifications include over 10 years of experience in a quota-exceeding sales role, experience working with restaurants or food-related entities, and experience in a start-up environment.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary of $100,000, complemented by a competitive commission structure. Benefits offered are generous and include paid time off, company holidays, and company-paid short-term disability.
