Genie AI is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth across the EMEA region by managing and expanding a high-velocity mid-market SaaS sales pipeline. This role involves outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing high-value deals for Genie AI's innovative Legal AI product. As part of a dynamic, fully remote team, you will contribute to the mission of democratizing legal knowledge within a £750 billion industry.

In this position, you will engage in outbound prospecting through various channels such as LinkedIn, email, calls, and events to identify potential customers. You will build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, nurturing opportunities from discovery to close while ensuring excellent CRM hygiene. Managing fast sales cycles, typically under 30 days, with mid-market businesses, you will take full ownership of parts of the EMEA region, executing demos, presenting solutions, and closing five-figure deals with commercial teams. Additionally, you will play a key role in launching new products and driving adoption across key industries.

Ideal candidates will have experience closing B2B SaaS deals in a high-velocity sales environment and a proven track record of generating and managing their own qualified leads. Experience selling into technology companies or commercial teams is essential, along with the ability to manage sub-30 day sales cycles. Strong communication and presentation skills, high energy, resilience, and motivation to exceed quotas are crucial. A strong drive to succeed in a startup environment is also important.

Compensation includes a base salary ranging from £40,000 to £60,000 per year, with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £120,000 to £170,000.
