Account Executive- Emerging Market
Actionstep is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our expanding sales team, focusing on the Emerging Firm Legal market. As a pioneer in SaaS solutions for legal practice management and accounting, Actionstep offers a fast-paced environment with a global customer base. This role presents an opportunity to significantly impact our growth by engaging with smaller law firms across the United States.
In this position, you will be responsible for prospecting and developing relationships with law firms of 10 employees or fewer, generating new customer opportunities through outbound activities, and delivering effective product demonstrations. Key responsibilities include managing the sales funnel, forecasting, and closing sales, as well as collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies. Participation in industry events and networking opportunities is also expected to enhance both personal and company profiles.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably within the legal tech industry. A strong understanding of legal accounting practices and technology platforms is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport, and adapt their approach to various clients. The role requires a self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment while contributing effectively as a team player.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, complemented by variable commissions.
