Account Executive, Enterprise - Northeast (CT, MA, ME, NH, OH, MI)
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Motive, you will be responsible for developing and closing business with the company's largest prospects in the Northeast region, including Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Michigan. Motive empowers physical operations with tools to enhance safety, productivity, and profitability, serving nearly 100,000 customers across various industries.
In this role, you will prospect and secure new enterprise business by building key executive relationships, driving expansion within key accounts, and identifying opportunities for additional collaboration. You will leverage customer analytics and available resources to optimize buying decisions, resolve issues by determining optimal courses of action, and work with technical resources to demonstrate the value of integrations and the partner ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have deep enterprise sales experience partnering with Fortune 1000 clients, with at least 4 years of SaaS or industry-relevant enterprise field sales experience. A strong track record of exceeding quotas and rapidly growing a book of business is essential. The ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers, work independently with a data-driven mindset, and possess excellent communication skills are also required.

Compensation for this role includes base pay and commissions, with on-target earnings ranging from $230,000 to $300,000 USD, depending on location.
