Account Executive II

The Account Executive II at Atlas HXM is a pivotal role focused on driving new business growth in the Employer of Record (EOR) sector. This position requires a deep understanding of global employment compliance and cross-border hiring, enabling the delivery of comprehensive workforce solutions to clients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding Atlas HXM's market presence by independently sourcing, managing, and closing high-value strategic opportunities.

Key responsibilities include proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through various channels such as cold outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting. The Account Executive II will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring alignment with client business drivers and positioning EOR solutions as competitive advantages. Building and maintaining strong relationships with C-suite, HR, Legal, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders across global and regional companies is essential.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or workforce solutions sales, with at least 2–3 years specifically in EOR, global employment, or HR compliance. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in high-performance environments is required. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement tools is also necessary.
