What you will be doing:

Semperis is looking for an experienced Account Executive who is a self-starter and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to join our EMEA team covering Israel.

If you enjoy both winning new business and driving growth within existing customers, you’ll be well suited to this role. We’re looking for someone who can develop opportunities from initial engagement through to successful close, while also identifying and expanding opportunities within an established customer base to drive continued growth.

You will develop strong, productive relationships with both new and existing accounts, ensuring consistent pipeline development and the expansion of business opportunities across your territory.

- Drive growth within existing customers through cross-sell and expansion opportunities alongside net new business development

- Generate and qualify pipeline through proactive prospecting and marketing-driven leads, managing opportunities through to successful closure

- Own and develop your territory through strategic partner relationships and alliances

- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to identify client needs and advise appropriate Semperis products

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new products, services and pricing models

- Build long-term trusted relationships with clients, partners and internal teams
