Account Executive, Mid-Market
Motive is seeking an Account Executive to join our founding team in Mexico City, focusing on expanding our presence in the mid-market segment. This role offers a unique opportunity to build the sales organization from the ground up, leveraging our strong product positioning to deliver significant business outcomes for our clients. As part of a dynamic team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and establishing Motive's footprint in the region.
In this position, you will be responsible for prospecting and securing new business by developing strong relationships with key prospects. Your day-to-day activities will include achieving and surpassing performance targets, collaborating with sales leadership to refine country-specific strategies, and providing tailored recommendations to meet client needs. Additionally, you'll proactively identify and address customer issues, ensuring seamless implementation of solutions, and stay abreast of market trends to offer consultative insights.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of proven success in full-cycle B2B direct sales, with a track record of closing large, complex deals. You should possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep technical aptitude, and high attention to detail. Experience in industries such as trucking, oil & gas, construction, transportation, logistics, compliance, or safety is advantageous. Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and other enterprise software is also desirable.
