inKind is seeking an Account Executive based in Minneapolis to join their dynamic sales team. This role is integral to inKind's mission of connecting diners with exceptional restaurants across the country. The Account Executive will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and closing new restaurant partnerships, contributing directly to the company's growth and success.

The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential restaurant partners, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with the underwriting committee to bring qualified partners on board. The role requires proactive outreach, including in-market activities such as drop-ins and door knocking, with up to 25% travel outside the primary market. Additionally, the Account Executive will work closely with the Onboarding Team to ensure smooth launches for new partners and collaborate with Marketing and demand generation teams to refine acquisition strategies.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a quota-exceeding sales role, preferably in Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS sectors. A strong sales acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build relationships quickly are essential. Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is required, and a background in working with restaurants or food-related entities is preferred.

Compensation includes a base salary of $100,000 with an uncapped on-target earnings (OTE) of $60,000. Benefits encompass generous paid time off, company holidays, short-term disability coverage, 100% employer-covered health and dental insurance, child care benefits, and generous parental leave.
