Key responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle across targeted markets, generating leads through cold outreach methods such as calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and re-engaging existing leads within the company's CRM system. The Account Executive will also follow up on leads from industry conferences, collaborate with customer success and account management teams to identify expansion opportunities, and deliver tailored product demonstrations to decision-makers. Maintaining disciplined pipeline management and representing the company at relevant industry events are also essential duties.
Candidates should have 3–5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with full-cycle ownership, demonstrating the ability to generate their own pipeline in a low-support environment. Strong resilience, organizational skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets are crucial. Excellent communication and consultative selling skills are required, along with comfort operating in a fast-paced organization with limited support infrastructure. Experience selling into higher education or municipal environments and familiarity with workforce management or HR technology are advantageous.
The compensation for this role ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 USD on-target earnings (OTE).
