The Account Executive for Orange County will play a pivotal role in driving inKind's growth by sourcing, qualifying, and closing new restaurant partnerships within the region. This position requires a proactive and collaborative sales professional who thrives on building connections and advancing deals through the sales cycle. The Account Executive will work closely with the underwriting committee to bring qualified restaurant partners on board and will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to finalizing partnerships.

Ideal candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of exceeding quotas, preferably within the hospitality, fintech, or SaaS industries. A strong "hunter" mentality, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build relationships quickly are essential. Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is required, and familiarity with the restaurant industry or food-related entities is highly desirable. Candidates must reside in the Orange County area and be willing to engage in up to 25% travel outside the primary market, with expenses covered in accordance with company policy.

InKind offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $100,000 plus an uncapped on-target earnings (OTE) of $60,000.
