Account Executive - Philadelphia
InKind is seeking an Account Executive based in Philadelphia to join their dynamic sales team. As a proactive and collaborative sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in expanding InKind's network of restaurant partners, contributing directly to the company's growth and success. This position offers the flexibility of remote work within the Philadelphia area, with occasional in-market activities and up to 25% travel outside the primary market.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and closing new restaurant partnerships to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. Your daily activities will include maintaining a full sales pipeline, reviewing old leads for potential re-engagement, and acting as a trusted partner to prospects and customers. Collaboration with the Onboarding Team will ensure smooth launches for new partners, while working cross-functionally with Marketing and demand generation will help refine acquisition strategies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential partners will be key to securing future leads and referrals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a quota-exceeding sales role, preferably within the Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS sectors. A hunter mentality with solid sales and business acumen is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly. Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is required, and a background in working with restaurants or food-related entities is preferred.
InKind offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $100,000 plus an uncapped on-target earnings (OTE) of $60,000.
