Key responsibilities include proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the alternative investment space, building and maintaining strong relationships with fund managers and key stakeholders, and independently conducting product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements. The Account Executive will develop deep technical product knowledge to effectively articulate Lumonic’s capabilities and address client-specific needs. Collaboration with implementation, customer, and product teams is essential to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing platform adoption.

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree, commonly in economics, finance, or related majors, and have at least 3 years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in financial technology or alternative investments. A strong understanding of private credit, private equity, and venture markets is required, along with the ability to engage in financial discussions with investors. Proven ability to independently prospect, build relationships, and drive deals without a steady flow of inbound leads is essential. Experience leading product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements with strong technical aptitude is also necessary.

Compensation for this role includes an annual base salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000, with an on-target variable commission of $150,000 for fully ramped representatives meeting expectations.
