Account Executive
The Account Executive position at Shift4 is a key role within the Inside Sales team, focusing on engaging potential merchants to assess and address their payment processing needs. In this role, the Account Executive will support the creation and execution of operational processes for the Integrated Partners EM team across various verticals. Responsibilities include leading onboarding and training initiatives for new team members, serving as the primary escalation contact, managing a select portfolio of partner offices, and maintaining regular contact with sales partners through various communication channels. The role also involves developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive personal and team success.
Candidates should have over five years of industry experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals. Strong organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and effective communication skills are essential. Proficiency in using multiple company-wide systems and departments is also required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for this role.
