Account Executive, SMB New Logo – Spanish Speaking
Motive is seeking a Spanish-speaking Account Executive to join our SMB New Logo team in Pakistan. This role focuses on acquiring new small and medium business customers in Spanish-speaking markets, utilizing Motive's platform to enhance safety, productivity, and profitability for clients across various industries.
The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, solution design, negotiation, and closing deals. Responsibilities involve converting inbound interest and warm leads into new customers, conducting targeted outbound follow-ups, and maintaining a fast-moving pipeline through phone, email, and video communications.
Candidates must possess native or near-native fluency in Spanish, strong English skills for internal communication, and at least two years of experience in a quota-carrying B2B sales role. Experience selling to SMB customers in Spanish-speaking markets and a background in SaaS, technology, telecom, or similar high-velocity sales environments are strongly preferred.
