As an Account Management Lead at Wolt, you will lead and develop the account management team while owning overall country performance and key business metrics. This role combines leadership, strategic execution, and operational excellence to drive growth and strengthen relationships with our most important restaurant partners.

Your key responsibilities will include leading, coaching, and developing a team of Key Account Managers to ensure high performance and strong ownership of targets. You will drive revenue and business growth by supporting your team in closing and negotiating strategic partnerships with key restaurant partners, as well as guiding them in building strong, long-term relationships to identify opportunities for account expansion.

We are seeking candidates with solid experience in key account management and proven people leadership as a team lead or supervisor. Strong negotiation skills, analytical and structured thinking, and excellent relationship-building abilities are essential. Fluency in the local language and English is required.
