Account Manager
ABC Legal Services is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining client accounts, ensuring that all customer needs are understood and met, and building strong, long-term relationships. As part of our dedicated team, you will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional legal support services nationwide.
Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining lasting customer relationships, communicating with clients to address their needs, resolving issues as they arise, and delivering exceptional client service daily. You will act as the client's representative to ensure their needs are fulfilled, develop and maintain key relationships across accounts, strive to increase overall customer satisfaction, meet established sales goals with current and new customers, and serve as a liaison between the customer and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in customer support and/or account management, a demonstrated history of increasing client satisfaction, adoption, and retention, a comprehensive understanding of the account management journey, proven competency with agile processes, strategic thinking skills, prior experience working with SaaS business platforms, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with other internal teams.
