Account Manager, Clio

Scorpion Enterprises, LLC is seeking a proactive, client-focused Account Manager to support a growing segment of legal clients generated through our partnership with Clio. This role offers a unique opportunity to help build a new client engagement function from the ground up. You will work directly with Scorpion hosting clients who use Clio as their primary case-management platform, assisting them in activating and deriving value from the Scorpion–Clio integration, increasing engagement, and identifying opportunities to expand their relationship with Scorpion over time. As this is a developing function, you will have the chance to influence how Scorpion supports and grows this client segment by developing outreach strategies, call scripts, and testing new approaches to client engagement.
