Account Manager - eCommerce
The Account Manager - eCommerce at WPP Media is responsible for managing clients' Amazon, Retail Media, and Search initiatives. This role involves developing strategies and overseeing the execution of performance search media to align with clients' business objectives. The position is based in London, United Kingdom, within WPP Media's global media collective.
Key responsibilities include creating and executing strategic eCommerce and search marketing plans, presenting and obtaining client approval for campaign strategies, and overseeing account management processes. The Account Manager will also forecast and maximize revenue opportunities, monitor and optimize campaign performance, and deliver monthly client reports. Additionally, the role involves developing new business opportunities and maintaining positive client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have experience with digital biddable platforms such as Amazon Search, Google Ads, and Bing Ads, as well as analytical tools like Google Analytics. A background in account or client management with complex paid digital campaigns is essential. Proficiency in bid management tools like SA360, PacVue, or Sellics is required. The candidate should possess a technical and analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, are also necessary.
