WPP Media is seeking an Account Manager Luxe H/F to join our EssenceMediacom team in Paris, France. This role focuses on managing and developing media strategies for a prestigious luxury client, emphasizing the creation of strong, enduring client relationships. The position requires a proactive individual capable of navigating the complexities of the luxury sector within a dynamic and evolving team environment.
The Account Manager will be responsible for daily client relationship management, addressing client requests and feedback confidently. Key duties include developing comprehensive online and offline media strategies based on client briefs, ensuring all deliverables are well-documented and communicated to the team. The role also involves coordinating with internal media experts, overseeing multi-media campaign projects, organizing regular collaboration sessions, and creating campaign calendars with clear milestones. Additionally, the Account Manager will support project management throughout the campaign lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and risk identification.
Candidates should possess a Bac+4/5 degree with a specialization in marketing, communication, or digital fields. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a media agency is required, ideally as a Senior Account Executive ready to advance to Account Manager, or as a Junior Account Manager with one to two years of experience. A strong interest in the luxury sector is essential, with prior experience in this area being a significant advantage. Proficiency in various media channels, including press, out-of-home, cinema, display, social, and search engine advertising, is expected. The ideal candidate will be curious, passionate about media, eager to learn, and possess excellent teamwork and autonomy skills. Strong client service orientation and proficiency in essential office software (PowerPoint, Excel) and industry tools are also necessary. Fluency in written English is required, with spoken English being a plus, due to the international scope of the accounts.
