Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000, with total on-target earnings (OTE) typically between $155,000 and $180,000. The compensation structure comprises a 64% base salary and 36% variable compensation, tied to account growth and retention metrics. Top-performing Account Managers have the potential to earn between $320,000 and $500,000 annually.
