Account Manager - Restaurants ( 1 Year fixed term)
As a Restaurant Development Specialist at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in fostering the growth and success of our restaurant partners. This position is integral to our Restaurant Development team, focusing on strategic partnerships and data-driven insights to enhance restaurant operations and profitability. Wolt, established in 2014, has expanded its services to over 500 cities across 30 countries, continually striving to innovate and improve the delivery experience.
In this role, your primary responsibilities include managing and driving the growth of a portfolio of restaurant partners. You will monitor and improve operational key performance indicators (KPIs), provide strategic guidance, and conduct regular in-person meetings—dedicating two days per week to face-to-face interactions—to strengthen relationships and address partners' needs effectively. Additionally, you will actively promote sales growth by leveraging Wolt's promotional tools and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Finance, Analytics, and Marketing to support restaurant partners comprehensively.
The ideal candidate possesses 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development. A deep understanding of the restaurant industry, including current trends and challenges, is advantageous. Excellent communication skills are essential, enabling effective engagement with a diverse range of partners, from restaurant owners to managers. A sales-oriented mindset, analytical capabilities to assess market dynamics, and fluency in Hebrew and English are also required.
