Account Manager - Retail
Wolt is seeking an Account Manager to join our retail team in Berlin, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of key retail partners, driving growth, and enhancing their performance on our platform. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Wolt's expansion beyond food delivery into a diverse range of retail products.
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include owning the overall partner relationship, identifying high-potential partnerships, and driving operational improvements to ensure the best experience for Wolt's customers. You will engage partners in growth conversations, such as adding more stores, increasing sales, and expanding product inventory. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with retail partners and take ownership of projects that help evolve our retail business.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher and 2-3 years of experience in account and/or category management, with a strong drive to grow and develop in this field. Fluency in both German and English is essential to effectively connect with our partners. Excellent interpersonal skills, a commercial mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, service-oriented approach are also required. Experience in retail, e-commerce, or marketplaces is advantageous.
