Account Manager - Sweden

Your opportunity
As our new Account Manager you will be part of Mollie’s Sales team in Stockholm. We are looking to add skilled sales professionals who have an entrepreneurial attitude and are looking to get their hands dirty, have a data - driven mindset and are eager to make a difference. You will be initially focusing on small and medium - sized web shops with complex needs - this requires C-level and in-depth sales conversations.
You have full ownership of the sales cycle. From prospecting, engaging, nurturing the leads and understanding their pain points to creating a compelling commercial proposal that fits their business needs perfectly. Your ultimate objective is to expand our customer base and turn your newly signed customers into Mollie ambassadors.
What you'll be doing
- You will be helping Mollie build the Nordics market from scratch. We already have the initial proof of concept, and now we're ready to take it to another level
- You are responsible for outbound activities to prospective merchants in Sweden, and broader Nordics, through email sequences, cold calling and in-person events
- Follow-up with inbound marketing and partnership leads, using our suite of sales tools
- Own a deal pipeline of new prospects and have full responsibility for taking them from first contact through to live customer
