Account Manager
As an Account Manager at Wolt, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of large enterprise restaurant accounts. Your role involves building strong relationships across various organizational levels, from central decision-makers to local store operators, with a focus on long-term growth and operational excellence. Wolt, a technology company operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries, has expanded beyond restaurant food delivery to offer a wide range of products, aiming to make local commerce effortless.
Your key responsibilities include leading negotiations and strategic planning with senior stakeholders, driving the adoption of Wolt's products such as Wolt+, Wolt Ads, Wolt Drive, and Wolt Capital, and analyzing partner performance to identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and Product to ensure the successful execution of partner plans and to provide feedback for internal development. Additionally, you will develop tools and frameworks to support smarter decision-making within your team and across the region.
The ideal candidate possesses strategic commercial thinking, understanding what drives partner performance and profitability, and can develop plans that balance long-term growth with short-term impact. Advanced analytical skills are essential, with proficiency in BI tools like Looker or Excel to guide negotiations and optimizations. An ownership mindset is crucial, taking full responsibility for your portfolio and proactively solving problems. Experience in account management, strategy, consulting, or commercial roles with enterprise exposure is expected, along with fluency in Albanian and English, both written and spoken.
