Account Specialist
As an Account Specialist at Wolt, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of small and medium-sized restaurant partners. This role involves building strong relationships with partners, understanding their needs, and helping them succeed on the Wolt platform. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless operations and partner satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting the onboarding process for new restaurant partners, driving the adoption of Wolt products and services, and improving partner performance through regular check-ins and data insights. You will act as the main point of contact for your partners, collaborating cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and sales teams to address challenges and support partner growth. Monitoring market trends and competitors will also be part of your role to stay informed and proactive.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or similar roles. A service-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to help partners succeed is essential. Strong communication skills, an analytical approach, and proficiency with CRM systems are also important. Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
