The Accounting Manager role is an opportunity to lead and elevate accounting operations across a multi-entity environment. This position supports leadership by delivering accurate financial reporting, improving operational discipline, strengthening accounting processes, and translating financial data into clear insights that drive growth, profitability, and long-term business health.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting operations across multiple business entities, ensuring payroll, payables, receivables, cash tracking, and related accounting functions are handled accurately and efficiently. The role also involves producing clean, consistent financial reports, providing monthly insights to support strategic planning and decision-making, conducting financial analysis to identify profitability trends, cost-saving opportunities, operational risks, and areas for improved financial performance. Additionally, the Accounting Manager will support forecasting efforts, improve financial planning processes, develop and maintain KPI frameworks, supervise and support accounting team members or external resources, and optimize accounting processes to reduce manual work, errors, and inefficiencies.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and possesses 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, with supervisory experience favored. Proficiency in QuickBooks and expert-level Excel capabilities are essential. Strong skills in financial analysis, cost accounting, and profitability assessments are expected, along with demonstrated ability to manage a team and drive change through strategic financial insights. A proactive, outcomes-driven approach with an ownership mentality is key, as well as the ability to develop and track performance metrics to foster a results-oriented culture within the firm.
