Job Title: Accountant Manager of Service Ops
About the Role:
• Lead and support key accounting and operational management processes, including interviews, audits, metrics analysis, and resource planning for new projects.
• Oversee policy compliance, review KPIs, manage absence and performance reports.
• Coordinate salary increases and annual evaluations.
• Drive improvements in accounting processes, reporting structure, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare leaders for future roles.
Responsibilities:
• Support supervisor/POC in interview processes (Supervisors, Senior Managers).
• Meet with recruiting team to discuss resume volumes.
• Support the audit review process.
• Provide ActiveTrak audit information to POC and create action plans to resolve issues.
• Analyze the ActiveTrak dashboard.
• Plan resources (how, when, what) for new team projects or processes.
• Review KPIs periodically.
• Support and track goal accomplishments.
• Manage absence reports.
• Update and maintain policies and procedure documentation.
• Propose new structure for accounting reports (Weekly Completion Report).
• Improve processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct annual performance reviews: review goals and rates; request AVP approval by email.
• Manage salary increases: prorate, create compensation tickets, send required emails, notify employees, complete salary increase forms and Midasoft tickets.
• Prepare supervisors and leaders for next roles.
Skills & Qualifications:
• English language proficiency: B2 - C1 level.
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels and across cultures.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Effective communication skills including active listening in individual and group settings.
• Ability to coach and develop accounting teams.
• Customer-oriented with excellent customer relations skills.
