📍On-Site: GUATEMALA (Guatemala City), MÉXICO (Mérida, Chihuahua), PERÚ (Lima) & ARGENTINA (Buenos Aires, Córdoba)
🕗 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 CDT
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our Finance team and support daily payment and disbursement operations.
🔹 What you’ll do:
• Process vendor and employee payments (ACH, wire transfers, checks)
• Review and validate payment requests to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain vendor payment information
• Reconcile transactions and resolve payment discrepancies
• Support month-end close and reporting activities
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors
🔹 What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Mínimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable / Payments / Finance Operations
• Knowledge of payment methods (ACH, wires, checks)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• English level B2 or higher
• Comfortable working on-site
