Atlas HXM is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to join our finance team in India. As a leading Employer-of-Record (EOR) provider, Atlas HXM enables companies to expand internationally by managing the complex HR and compliance infrastructure, allowing clients to focus on their core strategies. The AR Analyst will report to the Senior Accounts Receivable Manager and play a crucial role in maintaining healthy cash flow and client account management.

The primary responsibilities of the AR Analyst include ensuring accurate and timely client billing, analyzing and reconciling accounts receivable data, and initiating contact with internal team members regarding invoices as needed. The role also involves optimizing the receivables cycle by responding to client inquiries, resolving billing issues, maintaining accurate AR master data, following up on outstanding balances, processing refunds and write-offs upon approval, and supporting month-end closing activities. Additionally, the AR Analyst will collaborate on improving business processes and training materials.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in billing, credit control, collections, and cash application, preferably within a global, multi-entity, multi-currency organization. Professional services industry experience is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, and proficiency in other languages is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, is required, and experience with Sage Intacct is advantageous. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a keen eye for detail.
