Accounts Receivable Team Lead

Wolt is seeking an Accounts Receivable Team Lead to oversee a multinational team of 7–8 members within our Finance department. This role is pivotal in transforming our accounts receivable function into a more automated and insight-driven operation, aligning with Wolt's mission to simplify local commerce through technology.

The Accounts Receivable Team Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring efficient collections performance, cash flow optimization, and proactive credit risk mitigation. Key duties include leading and developing the team, identifying automation opportunities, designing scalable collections frameworks, leveraging data and emerging technologies to enhance decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to provide insights on risk and performance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounts receivable processes, particularly in collections and cash application. Proven leadership skills, especially in international or multicultural settings, are essential. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, advanced proficiency in Google Excel and workflow automation, and fluency in English are required. Experience with systems like NetSuite, Tableau, or automation tools is considered a significant advantage.
