As a key point of contact for customers and staff, you’ll manage communications, inquiries, and daily operations to ensure smooth workflows.
📌 Key Responsibilities 📞 Customer Support: Respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, resend contracts/invoices, and process payments. 📅 Calendar & Scheduling: Manage calls, texts, emails, and appointment confirmations. 📝 Documentation: Enter leads, track tasks, log complaints, and maintain records. 💵 Billing Support: Generate invoices, assist with collections, and support accounting tasks. 💻 Tech Tools: Use Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Slides, Chats), CRM systems, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini).
✅Skills & Qualifications 🌐 English C1 📋At leats 3 years of experience in administrative support and customer service 🔍 Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. ⚡ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 💻 Proficiency in Google Workspace and office software.
