Administrative Assistant
Foley Hoag LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Senior Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner. This role is integral to the firm's operations, ensuring seamless execution of administrative functions within a dynamic legal environment. The position is based in our Boston office and requires daily on-site collaboration.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for preparing and distributing briefing materials, agendas, and supporting documents for meetings and events. Additional duties include coordinating meeting logistics, assisting with follow-up tasks, supporting travel coordination, processing expense reimbursements, maintaining organized filing systems, and handling ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and preferably have experience in a corporate or professional services environment. Essential skills include excellent organizational and time management abilities, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom, and the capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion. A positive attitude and the ability to build rapport with individuals at all organizational levels are also important.
The compensation range for this position is $57,000 to $79,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The firm offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
