The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least two years of experience in administrative support or office management within a complex organizational setting. Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio is essential. Strong oral and written communication skills, multitasking abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and organizational capabilities are also required.
