As an Advocaat-stagiaire in the Global Financial Markets (GFM) practice at Clifford Chance Amsterdam, you will be part of a dynamic team specializing in cross-border transactions, innovative financing structures, and complex regulatory matters. In this role, you will engage in various subgroups within GFM, including Banking & Finance, Project Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Financial Regulation, Fintech, and Restructuring & Insolvency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve applying legal theory to complex, international cases, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and participating in client meetings. The firm emphasizes a comprehensive training program, including practice group rotations, to ensure a broad and versatile legal education.

Candidates should be ambitious and proactive, currently in the final stages of their Master's in Law or already graduated. A strong academic record in courses such as Property Law, Corporate Law, Contract Law, Private Law, Financial Law, Insolvency Law, and European Law is essential. Additionally, flexibility, drive, and a pragmatic approach are highly valued qualities for this position.
