Affiliate Network Builder
Hyphen Connect is a provider of crypto-integrated software solutions, dedicated to bridging the gap between sophisticated blockchain technology and everyday utility. As an Affiliate Network Builder, you will lead the development and management of a global affiliate network to promote our software suite, playing a pivotal role in expanding our reach through a decentralized ecosystem of advocates.
In this role, you will identify and recruit high-impact affiliates, influencers, and community leaders within the crypto and fintech sectors. You will design and implement competitive commission structures and incentive programs to drive long-term partner loyalty and performance. Managing the end-to-end affiliate lifecycle, you will provide partners with necessary marketing assets, technical support, and product education. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize conversion rates and identify high-potential growth opportunities. Acting as the primary point of communication for the network, you will ensure all affiliates are aligned with brand guidelines and up to date on product releases.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or business development, with a proven track record of building and scaling affiliate networks, ideally within the crypto, SaaS, or gaming industries. Strong networking and relationship-management skills, a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, and familiarity with affiliate tracking software and crypto-native payment or reward systems are essential. The ability to work independently and manage a diverse, global network of partners across various time zones is also required.
