The key responsibilities of this role include assisting customers in selecting and booking travel products, responding to inquiries about destinations and travel arrangements, and resolving issues related to bookings and travel plans. Day-to-day, the agent interacts with clients primarily through calls, messages, or emails, aiming to deliver exceptional service and personalized recommendations while meeting or exceeding company goals and customer satisfaction metrics.

To be considered for this role, candidates should have previous customer service experience, preferably in the tourism or travel sector. Strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and attention to detail are essential.
