Agentic AI Engineer (IS Team)
Cato Networks is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to join our Information Systems team in Tel Aviv, Israel. The Agentic AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining AI-driven workflows that automate and optimize internal business processes across various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Order Management, Finance, and HR. This hands-on role involves developing multi-step AI agents capable of decision-making, tool usage, and exception handling, as well as integrating these agents with existing systems to reduce manual effort and enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include implementing agent-based AI workflows, utilizing platforms and frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and AWS Bedrock. The engineer will also integrate AI agents with internal systems like CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), and ticketing systems (Jira), ensuring compliance with security and privacy requirements, and monitoring AI performance to maintain reliability and accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience, including 3 years in automation and 2 years in Generative AI. Proficiency in building AI-powered workflows or agents, a strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering, experience with API-based integrations and SaaS systems, and familiarity with automation platforms and orchestration tools are essential. A problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are also required.
