Equi is an investment management firm building institutional-quality alternative investment solutions. We operate a unique business model: in addition to offering Equi-branded funds, we build white-label fund-of-funds products for some of the top independent multi-family offices and financial advisory firms in the country. We combine deep manager-selection expertise with sophisticated portfolio construction to deliver differentiated outcomes for our clients and partners.

The firm is at an inflection point. Our AUM is scaling rapidly, we've just launched our largest client since inception (a 9-figure opportunity) and have ~6 more clients that have signed or are at the finish line. Now we need someone to build the engine that scales demand for what we've built, and to give Equi a recognizable voice as the experts in evergreen alternative solutions for the wealth channel.

About the Role

Equi is seeking an Agentic GTM Lead to build our go-to-market engine and own it as it scales. You design and run the systems that create demand, including content, social presence, SEO/GEO, and outbound, along with the automation and AI that tie them together. You own the machine end to end, from strategy to infrastructure to the pipeline and the audience it produces.

If you are a strong engineer without GTM instinct, this is the wrong seat. If you are a strong marketer who cannot build, this is also the wrong seat. We need both in one seat.

Above all, you come with ideas. This is not a role where we hand you a plan to execute. We know the messaging we want and have a hunch about what works, but we do not know which of the fifty things to try will actually generate meetings. That is your job. You bring out-of-the-box demand ideas, stand up multiple experiments at once, and have the instinct and the evidence loop to tell us what is working and what to kill.
