AI Enablement Lead
Mesh is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive the integration of artificial intelligence across its operations. This role is central to Mesh's mission of enabling consumers to pay and be paid with any asset, bridging the gap in crypto payments by making them reliable and ubiquitous. The AI Enablement Lead will work closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Operations to identify operational bottlenecks and develop AI-powered solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability.
In this cross-functional position, the AI Enablement Lead will identify high-impact opportunities where AI can eliminate manual work, accelerate execution, and unlock significant business value. Responsibilities include partnering with executives and functional leaders to address critical operational challenges, designing and launching AI-powered workflows and automations, and establishing frameworks and standards for AI adoption across the organization. The role also involves measuring and communicating the business impact of AI initiatives, ensuring they lead to efficiency gains and productivity improvements.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in operations, solutions engineering, technical program management, consulting, or similar cross-functional roles. A proven ability to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver scalable solutions is essential. Hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, agents, APIs, and workflow automation, is required. Experience in building automations, integrations, internal tooling, and workflow orchestration using APIs, webhooks, and modern AI platforms is also necessary. Familiarity with data infrastructure, analytics tooling, and measuring business impact through data is important. The role demands strong business and technical judgment, with the ability to translate operational challenges into practical AI-powered solutions.
The annual base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $175,000 in San Francisco and New York. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. For candidates outside of San Francisco and New York, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market and location-based pay band. The base salary range excludes commission (if applicable), equity, and benefits.
