ABOUT THIS ROLE

We're hiring a Finance AI Implementation Associate to sit at the seam between our customers and our product. You'll work directly with brands to optimize their cash across cash management, bill pay, and forecast health on our agentic platform and you'll be the primary channel feeding what you learn back into what we build. Every manual workflow you run today is a candidate for tomorrow's autonomous capability, and you'll be the one spotting which ones, specifying them, and partnering with Product and Engineering to ship them.This role is based in our NoHo, NYC office.

What you’ll do

- Implement and operate customer workflows. Configure each customer's setup across cash management recommendations, AP and bill pay, and forecast health monitoring. Own the outcome, customers should see measurable cash improvements from your work
