AI Operations Senior Manager
Wellhub is seeking an AI Operations Senior Manager to lead the transformation of Wellz, its corporate mental health platform, by integrating AI into its core operations. This role involves reimagining workflows to incorporate AI agents, ensuring that human intervention is reserved for tasks requiring judgment, negotiation, or clinical/legal exceptions. The position is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and reports directly to Wellz's Head of Strategy & Operations.
In this capacity, the AI Operations Senior Manager will be responsible for selecting and redesigning Wellz workflows around AI, defining ownership and success metrics, and determining criteria for each workflow's progression or discontinuation. They will oversee Wellz's contribution to Wellhub's company-wide AI transformation program, translating corporate directives into actionable plans and providing progress reports to executive leadership. A key aspect of the role is to drive the adoption of AI workflows within target teams, fostering trust and ensuring effective implementation.
Candidates should have a proven track record of deploying AI agents or workflows into production, with technical proficiency in tools for independent testing and iteration. The role requires the ability to identify operational bottlenecks and prioritize workflow redesigns based on evidence.
