Additionally, the role involves owning the full workflow lifecycle, from scoping and building to debugging, iterating on live automations, and providing clear documentation and training to ensure seamless adoption.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience deploying AI tools like Claude, Cursor, n8n, or Zapier in real business contexts. Technical fluency across low-code/no-code tools, APIs, and integrations is essential, along with proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tooling. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in product operations, business operations, strategy, technical program management, or similar hands-on roles. A builder’s mindset, strong communication skills, and high ownership with the ability to navigate ambiguity are crucial for success in this position.
