In this role, you will be responsible for triaging and resolving product issues reported by users, ensuring swift and precise fixes. Your keen understanding of user feedback will enable you to interpret and prioritize issues effectively, maintaining a high standard of product quality. You will monitor user experiences across our products, identifying and addressing patterns and systemic issues proactively. Utilizing AI-assisted workflows, such as Claude Code, you will enhance efficiency without compromising the quality of your work. Effective communication with cross-functional teams will be essential to keep all stakeholders informed about product statuses and improvements.
Ideal candidates will possess strong product instincts and the ability to discern critical issues from less significant ones. Experience in bug triage, user feedback analysis, and product quality monitoring is essential. Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to streamline workflows is highly desirable. A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills are crucial for effective cross-functional interaction. This role offers the potential for growth into more direct product development and client-facing responsibilities, depending on performance and business needs.
