AI QA Engineer
Litify is seeking an AI QA Engineer to join our Product & Engineering team. This high-impact role involves owning quality assurance within an agile squad, focusing on our legal software built on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing and will thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented, and fast-paced agile environment.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and validating AI-generated test results, performing manual test cases, conducting targeted exploratory testing, and developing automated tests using Playwright. The AI QA Engineer will also own QA strategy and execution for their squad, including test planning, risk assessment, and release readiness decisions. Collaboration with development, product management, and delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle is essential.
Required qualifications include 3+ years of experience in a QA role with a strong foundation in both manual and automated testing, and 2+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright or a modern automation framework. The candidate should have proven ability to create and own test plans, define test strategies, and make risk-based decisions about release readiness. Familiarity with Xray or a comparable test management tool integrated with Jira, and strong Jira proficiency are also required.
The estimated base salary for this role is $90,000. Additional compensation may include bonuses and benefits. Individual pay rate decisions are based on factors such as qualifications, experience level, skill set, and internal equity relative to peers at the company.
